Welcome to Red Tail Racing

We have some exciting news with the launch of our website including some new and in-demand Rotary engine components, as well as becoming an official dealer for ChaseCam in Canada.

We now have End Housings and Rotors for sale on this website as well as everything that is currently available on our eBay store. Please select the Engine link to the left and have a look at what we have to offer, or visit our eBay store at http://stores.ebay.com/Red-Tail-Racing

We also offer the complete ChaseCam line of products. ChaseCam is a solid state recording system for Race Cars, Motorbikes, Mountain Bikes, or any sport where on-board cameras are required. These battery or vehicle powered cameras and recording units are small, light-weight, and very durable. Check out our ChaseCam link for more info and be sure to check out the new DM10 data module. We'll be giving one a test run at the Rolex 24 hours of Daytona with Bullet Racing in January and we'll have some video posted shortly after that.

We don't currently offer an online store, however if you send us an email with your parts list we will gladly provide you with a shipping quote and final cost. Payment is currently only accepted through PayPal, or Bank Transfer or Bank Draft, and we can send you a PayPal invoice when your order is finalized. More payments options will be available in the future.

At Red Tail Racing we're auto racing enthusiasts and we have several cars either racing or in development.. and yes, they're all RX-7's. See our Racing link for more info on our teams.

!!News-Flash!!

The 2010 racing season is well under way and it's been a very slow start. On the first morning of the first race weekend with a new motor and transmission we ripped 3 teeth off the pinion in the diff and ended the weekend. Steve Paquette at Bullet Racing was kind enough to let me run my WSC race on Sunday in his Porsche 996. It was a bit intimidating as the first time I ever sat in the car was to start the race. It was awesome!

After a rebuild of the diff we went out for our second race weekend and failed to finish both of our races due to some severe flooding in our Weber carb. That was the last straw and out it came. Unfortunately we missed our 3rd race weekend because we hadn't finished the upgrade to fuel injection, however we should be out for the 4th race weekend.

We'll have photos and videos available soon.

Check out a few photos and race results on our Racing page. We'll have a gallery online soon...
